    본인은 1992년 한중수교 기념 중국 전시회를 통하여 인연이 되어 현재까지 중국을 여행하며 중국 풍경을 소재로 작품을 제작하고 있는데 인간 본연의 아름다움을 추구하며 초기의 추상회화에서 현재는 진경 위주로 작품을 제작하고 있다.
    의사가 의사를 위하지 않고 환자를 위하듯 화가로서 일반인들에게 자연의 아름다움을 마음 깊이 느낄 수 있도록 표현하고 있다.
    요즘 시대를 따라가는 것이 때론 유행을 따름과 다름이 아닐때가 많고 너무 말로만 장황하게 늘어놓고 정작 작품에는 모호성으로 살아가며 미사여구를 남발하는 분위기가 팽배한 시대에서 본인은 성품과 혼신을 다한 작품을 일반인과 공유하고 싶다.
    “오직 화가는 작품으로만 모든 것을 이야기 한다.” 이것은 나의 작품세계관이다!
